If you are eligible for a refund, here’s how it works:
Refunds are processed through the same payment method you used for your order.
For card or digital wallet payments, it may take 3–5 business days for the amount to appear back in your account.
For cash payments, refunds are provided in-store at the location where you placed your order.
If you don’t see your refund after 5 business days, please contact our support team with your order ID.
