If your order hasn’t arrived yet, here’s how you can track it:
Open the Tea Time app or website.
Go to My Orders and select your recent order.
Check the real-time tracking link provided by our delivery partner.
If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please wait 10–15 minutes before contacting us. Traffic and peak-hour demand can sometimes cause short delays.
